Medical Client Experience Overview
 

The Schenk Company currently represents medical clients in Central Ohio and through out the country for their various requirements.
 
Currently, we are representing:
 
Mid Ohio Pulmonary Sleep Center new practice space near Port Columbus.
 
Pain Management Inc for new practice space near Riverside Hospital.
 
Dr Romi Bhasin for new practice space on the East side of Columbus.
 
Professionals for Women's Health a group of OBGYN doctors with three offices in Central Ohio. We just completed a new office in Westerville area and  have  worked on a branch office in the Dublin area and a new headquarters near Riverside Hospital.
 
Fresenius Medical Care We have assisted throughout the State of Ohio over the last four years with various assignments for their Kidney Dialysis Centers. We recently finished a Center in Columbus and Chillicothe and have also done opinion of value letters for sites throughout the country.
 
Davita is an Kidney Dialysis practice in the Dayton area after over a year of site selection and lease negotiations to insure the proper site for this growing firm.
 
Dr. Ray Fenner, DDS is a general dentist we have assisted in the past who is looking at purchasing or building an office condo in the Pickerington area. We are currently analyzing condo documents for him on this project to see if it is a wise investment for him.
 
Dr. Ray Tesner Partner in charge of Sports Medicine Grant. We have assisted Dr. Tesner in the purchase of a large office building investment property where he is achieving Fantastic returns. We have also done site selection work for a branch of his sports medicine clinics.
 
Midwest Allergy We assisted this large group of doctors with a new headquarters building purchase in Worthington last year and continue to monitor new opportunities for them in the Central Ohio region.
 
Gulf South Medical The Schenk Company, Inc. was retained to do site search and renewal strategies with this large distributor of medical products and obtained a very favorable lease renewal of a large warehouse space in the Gahanna area.
 
Children's Hospital "IT" Division The Schenk Company, Inc. was retained to find suitable space near Children's Hospital for this growing department and located and negotiated a below market rate in a brand new building nearby. The Schenk Company, Inc. also has a memorial fund at this hospital for cancer research which it donates to yearly.
 
Dr Brian Dorner, plastic surgeon is a new client of The Schenk Company. We are assisting him in a building purchase in the Dublin area for his practice.
 
Dr Leslie McDougall DDS We are assisting Dr McDougall with a new leased space in Stonehenge in the Dublin area.
 
Dr John Hanyak We are providing consulting on investment acquisition, property mgt and other real estate services for him on an ongoing basis.
