those relationships as point person. The quarterback of
the process to ensure the project is on time and on
budget. - i.e. attorneys, accountants,
contractors, movers, telephones, etc. - to make the

Inc. compensated for services? |

That
is as brokers we are compensated from the landlord or
listing agent. If a tenant or buyer doesn’t have a broker
represent their specific interest the listing agent keeps
the entire fee even though they are representing seller or
landlord. So typically our fees are paid by the listing
agent not our client. A huge benefit to you.
If you
choose you can pay us a monthly consulting fee and our
commissions are then refunded back at closing of the lease
or sale depending on the time commitment and complexity of
the requirement and how sure the company is that this
lease, purchase or renewal is going forward. |
