| Have you noticed
the number of vacant office buildings in and around Central
Ohio? Mike Jackson explains in tonight's Target 4 Consumer
Report of Local Businesses trying to change that "One Tenant
at a Time." |
| Mike Jackson |
| If you look
around John for most businesses the focus is on the bottom
line. And that's fine. That only makes good business sense.
But issues like Long-Term Priorities, Misunderstanding the
True Space Cost, and Paying too much for Rent can eat away at
the profit. You pass the signs all the time. And if you
started to count the signs, you'd quickly see there are
hundreds of thousands of square feet available for lease just
in the downtown area. Well, one company is trying to change
that. |
| Greg Schenk |
| Today, with the
amount of choices that are out there, a tenant shouldn't have
to have terrible situations; Because there are so many other
landlords out there that are willing to give them what they
want with the available spaces. Brand new buildings, brand new
spaces at very affordable cost. |
| Mike Jackson |
| Here are some of
the Relocation Success Stories of The Schenk Company. This is
Central Ohio's only Commercial Real Estate Firm specializing
exclusively in Tenant Buyer Representation. |
| Greg Schenk |
| Many Companies do
both the listing side and represent tenants. But we saw this
as our niche to be able to give a higher level of
professionalism and service to our clients both here and
around the country. |
| Mike Jackson |
What does this
mean to you the consumer?
As resent as this year, Schenk Company helped nine new
companies from out of town find space right here in the
Columbus Area. John that means the company is also helping to
bring more jobs into the area. |
| John Ivanic |
| That's what it's
all about. Thank you very much Mike. |
