| Just a quick not
to thank you for all the hard work you did on our lease
renegotiation. Not only did you negotiate reduced rent for the
next eight years, but we were able to get a new floor
installed in our viewing area plus we received a check for
$6000 we can bank or use for other projects in the gym. The
end result far exceeded my expectations for this lease
negotiation. Thanks again and I will definitely use your
service again in the future. |
