RE: Letter of personal recommendation for: Gregory P. Schenk, The Schenk Company
 
Our office had the opportunity to work with Greg Schenk over the last five years in the field of commercial real estate, with specific emphasis in the area of office leasing, tenant representation and general, commercial real estate brokerage. Greg recently began giving seminars around the country to schools, colleges and other commercial real estate firms to assist them in the art of professionalism, tenant representation and the art of "win win" negotiations.
 
Mr. Schenk has acted primarily in the capacity of Real Estate Advisor to Lorms & Belfrage with specific emphasis on the market dynamics impacting supply and demand of properties dedicated to office use. His services have greatly assisted our company's ability to provide meaningful analysis for clients having a need for better depth of understanding the economics associated with the ownership of office and other commercial properties.
 
Some of Mr. Schenk's character traits we have come to appreciate are summarized as follows:

  • A demonstrated ability to quickly grasp the client's objectives with an immediate focus on outlining the steps necessary accomplish the stated objectives.

Some of Mr. Schenk's personal character traits, in addition to those outlined above, are the ability to be vulnerable and transparent. His willingness for him to share his feelings allows for open dialog between parties to a transaction, resulting in the resolution of differences. Greg is now in the process of raising $1 Million Dollars for cancer research. He recently started a scholarship in the memory of his brother Jeff who passed away from cancer.
 
Lastly, Mr. Schenk is committed not to just doing a deal but long-term relationships and the process of clear communications, keeping the client well informed throughout the process of completing a transaction.
