Thanks for the pleasure of your company the other day.  It is always nice to share our thoughts on various personal and business matters.

It is hard to believe that we have been in our building for almost 7 years.  As I have mentioned before, I want to thank you again for working so hard on our behalf.  Your experience and guidance directly helped us achieve our short and long term goals.   Last year, we were able to triple the size of our initial building thus enabling us to stay at our current location, saving us the additional cost of moving for a third time in 6 years.  By utilizing The Schenk Company, Inc. tenant rep services our goals have not only been met … but exceeded!

It is gratifying to be able to actually quantify the savings we continue to realize from decision we made back in 2001 with your guidance.
