I was very glad that I listened to your seminar today. While it was very informative it also made me realize that my perception of Prudential is correct; that it is very hard for a horse to swim up stream. Robert Murphy and Dan O'Brien have already utilized the material that you presented today, but in the 7 months I have been with prudential it was never shared information. In fact your course was offered as unique and not available anywhere, and that you were the only one really doing tenant rep in the country. This educational seminar has been the only one offered in the seven months that I have been with Prudential.

I think that you have a great concept and I will study it diligently. In my mind this is a lot more professional and can be more productive than cold calling. If you can refer me to additional information I would be very interested.
