| Dear Greg: |
| |
| We thoroughly
enjoyed your all-day seminar on tenant representation. Your
presentation was on target, and I definitely feel that we got
our money's worth. |
| |
| Many of our
agents have started utilizing the forms and have already had
good feedback from some clients. |
| |
| We would be
pleased to recommend you and your seminar to others. Looking
forward to seeing you soon. |

| Dear Greg, |
| |
| Just wanted to
write you a quick note of thanks for the workshop last
Tuesday. I've heard nothing but positive reports all through
our office this week. |
| |
| Some tips from
your seminars are already paying dividends for me. One of my
clients, who was ready to make a decision on some new space,
had focused in on the base rent as the only issue to
negotiate. I went over the four different ways we could save
him money and then touched on many of the issues addressed on
the Request for Proposal form explaining that we would
thoroughly cover these issues to get him the best lease
possible. He was amazed. He told me he never would have
thought to address many of those issues, and I could tell his
value of my opinion increased immediately. |
| |
| Thanks again.
Let me know if there is anything we can ever do for you. |
| |
| May God's
richest blessings be to you and your family. |
| |
| Sincerely, |
| |
| Weyman W. Prater |
