I recently completed eight (8) hours of continuing education. I took Mr. Greg Schenk's Commercial Real Estate, Tenant Representation and Referrals Program. I've been practicing real estate since December, 1975. I must say that I wish a course such as Mr. Schenk's would have been a requirement immediately following my successful completion of the Ohio Division of Real Estate's Licensing Examination. I feel that his course can help guide you to become not only a professional real estate agent but also a successful one.
