Representation/Corporate Services Training |

| Dear Greg: |
| |
| Just a short
note to say thanks for the training seminars you provided to
our office the last two days. They were excellent! Not only
were they informative, insightful and educational but there
were things we learned that we can all use "out in the field"
on a daily basis. |
| |
| I hope some day
we'll have the opportunity to cross paths again but until then
best of luck with your business ventures and thanks again. |
| |
|
Best regards,
|

| Dear Sandi: |
| |
| Last week we
held some in house training on the subject of tenant
representation and corporate services taught by Greg Schenk.
Greg tells me that he has spoken with you about providing
training to CB professionals. I thought you might like some
feedback on his training. |
| |
| I can recommend
him as a trainer. He was very well organized and very
effective. He is very capable and credible. He has very good
presentation skills. He reinforced many concepts I have been
preaching with the advantage of being "an expert from afar".
While the course he taught was maybe a little basic for
experienced professionals, even they found useful ideas and it
was outstanding for our newer people. The only complaint might
be that it was heavily oriented to office brokerage and he
might do well to develop the course for wider application. |
| |
| If I can offer
any further input let me know. |
| |
| Best regards, |
| |
